North State Medical Transport is franchised in 14 counties to provide non-emergent BLS ambulance transport for patients within the county lines for the following counties: Beaufort, Caldwell, Craven, Durham, Franklin, Johnston, Lenoir, Nash, Orange, Person, Sampson, Vance, Wake, Wayne, and Wilson. Additionally, we can provide ALS in-county transports in Caldwell, Durham, Franklin, Johnston, Nash, Person, Sampson, and Vance counties.
Out of County
North State Medical Transport can transport any patient, as long as a transport either originates or has a destination in North Carolina; within our Service Area. Where has NSMT traveled to? Each highlighted state represents a state that we have transported a patient to or from. We have transported patients to or from locations such as Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York City, Orlando, and Washington D.C.
