Patient Care, Our Priority

In March 2021, North State launched an innovative Mobile Integrated Healthcare initiative after partnering with UNC Health. Our team of Rapid Response Paramedics (RRPs) provides “Hospital-At-Home” care to patients in UNC Health’s Advanced Care at Home program. The program has helped alleviate the capacity of hospital systems’ EDs across the country. The burden placed on health systems as a result of COVID-19 was a catalyst for this initiative.

North State builds partnerships with healthcare systems to provide dedicated, customized ambulance patient transportation programs. We work to meet each health system's needs, improve patient throughput, and simplify operations, even reaching beyond your hospital footprint.

We can also provide in-home care for your patients, drawing on our experience with ambulance operational efficiency and our experienced team. Partner with us for our Hospital at Home Services to alleviate your capacity constraints and be an extension of your patient care team.
